Week 2
FANTASTIC Wk 2!! Corinne Milbury won a class on 8 the Great as well as a pair of 2nds & a 6th in the classic on Curtain Bluff. Abby Bertelson... 2nd in both the Medal AND Maclay, qualifying for the Maclay Regionals after only three shows this season! And hoo-ray for Holly French... another strong showing in the equitation, making the flat phase in a huge Maclay class!
GREAT JOB to the WRF adults in Ocala!! Carly Corbacho was in the top 5 in a big M&S/NAL Hunter Classic for the 2nd wk in a row! She also had great ribbons in the eq. Her sidekick Jacquie Maggiore again won prizes in both the hunters & the equitation. And WAHOO to Haleigh Landrigan, 2nd again this week in a huge Ariat class! We love our adults and WE LOVE HITS OCALA!

Week 1
Great start to our Florida circuit! Abby Bertelson wasted no time qualifying for the RW Mutch Equitation Classic by winning this week's big ASPCA Maclay class. Abby was also a ribbon winner in the M&S/NAL Jumper Classic. Top hunter ribbons for Corinne Milbury and her new hunter, 8 the Great! We heart HITS Ocala!
Three cheers for our adults, week I in Ocala: Carly Corbacho & Jacquie Maggiore, 3rd & 4th in the M&S/NAL Hunter Classic! Haleigh Landrigan (Ariat) & Kelsey Landrigan (USET) get top prizes in the equitation!

WRF ADULTS-- Week 3 in Ocala!!!
1st (Carly Corbacho), 2nd (Jacquie Maggiore) & 3rd (Haleigh Landrigan)
in the Ariat National Medal! Equitation & hunter prizes for Jacquie & Carly (who won a classic ribbon for the 3rd straight week)! GREAT JOB GIRLS!!
Week 4
For the 2nd week in a row the WRF adults took home the top 2 spots in the Natl Ariat Medal! Kudos to Haleigh Landrigan (1st) & Jacquie Maggiore (2nd)! Haleigh also won the Farnam Adult Medal. Jacquie & Mac were 2nd in the huge Adult Hunter Classic! In the jrs Holly French was 3rd in the M & S Medal and newcomer Gabriella Savettiere won top prizes in the equitation & children's hunters! HOO-RAY GIRLS!!
Week 5
Our juniors enjoyed another fantastic weekend! Already qualified for Regionals, Abby Bertelson has passed the halfway mark for Harrisburg w/ a 2nd place finish in the USEF Medal. Holly French had another consistent weekend placing 3rd in the USET and 5th in the Maclay. Gabriella Savettiere again earned top prizes in both the hunters & the equitation! CONGRATS girls!!
EXCITING week 5 Ocala for WRF's new generation of adults riders! Another fantastic finish in the Ariat: 2nd (Carly Corbacho), 3rd (Haleigh Landrigan) & 4th (Jacquie Maggiore)! HOORAY for Carly on winning a tricolor in the Adult Equitation 18-35 and AGAIN along with her Ocala sis, the 2010 NEHC adult hunter queen Jacquie Maggiore, finishing in the top 5 in the big M & S/NAL Adult Hunter Classic! OUTSTANDING, girls!
Week 6
OCALA FINALE! Holly French capped off a fantastic circuit with prizes in the Medal & USET, as well as the 16-17 equitation! Kate Stento flew in to collect 2 blue ribbons in the equitation on a catchride! Jenny Selland also joined us and on a catchride tested in the Mini Medal, finishing 3rd! Gabriella Savettiere was consistently in the ribbons on both her hunters!
As for 15yo Abby Bertelson's week... amazing, and one she won't soon forget. In the equitation she finished 6th in the circuit-ending R.W. Mutch Equitation Championships! WELL DONE! But she wasn't finished quite yet. BLAZZZZZZING through the timers and defeating a field of 72 to WIN the $25,000 M & S/Team Barber Children's/Adult Jumper
Finale was Abby & Bantry Bay!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TEAM WRF!!! WHAT a way to end HITS OCALA 2011!!
And finally... HOORAY for the WRF adults!! We returned from Ocala with THREE adults in the top 50 of the Ariat national standings-- Haleigh (9th!), Carly & Jacquie! Carly Corbacho made her final 2011 HITS Ocala appearance this wknd with her adult hunter entourage (sidekick Jacquie Maggiore) in tow to finish off a circuit where she was AGAIN in the top 3 of the Ariat and top 5 of the Adult Hunter Classic! GREAT job adults!!

WRF loves HITS Ocala! What a winter! Thanks to Tom Struzzieri & his AMAZING (we'll say it again... AMAZING) staff for six weeks of A+ southern hospitality... we cannot WAIT to return for HITS Ocala 2012!!
Another great week for our juniors in Ocala! Speed demons Abby Bertelson & Maeve took home 2nd place honors in the $15,000 M & S Children's/Adult Jumper Classic under the lights Saturday night! A hat trick for Holly French, with prizes in the Medal (2nd), Maclay & USET! Top ribbons for Corinne Milbury & her two hunters as well. BRAV-O juniors!! Splendid!
